Please put in order from the best exercise to the worst exercise for..
Biceps:
1.Bicep curls
2.Hammer curls
3.Pull ups
4.Side curls(I don't know exactly the name..Is when you bring the dumbell to your other shoulder)
5.Conctentration curls
Triceps:
1.Kickbacks
2.Dips
3.Pull-overs
4.Skull crashers..
Please don't tell me that I must train my whole body..Tell me only from the best to worst.

when you can do more than 8 dips in a row FULL RANGE OF MOTION, add a 25 pound dumbbell between your knees. do sets of 5 or 6 and do lots of sets and stretch the living heck out of the triceps between sets.
do lat pulldowns in sets of 3 with unruly weight on there and dont be afraid to ride the bar back up.
do t-bar rows if that machine is in your gym, do them heavy since your back is stabilized on the pad.
if you dont have a pad on the gyms t-bar, skip it.
do one or two super heavy sets of concentration curls with a slight spot from the other hand getting up to 3 or 4 reps with weight you'd never try.
