Lose Weight With Bosu Ball Exercises
One of the best workouts involve using the Bosu ball for fast and healthy weight loss. The Bosu ball is that half blue ball you see in the gym. It is flat on the bottom while the blue part is an inflated dome. As far as weight loss workout equipment, it is one of the best.
Bosu ball exercises can workout the whole body. You can utilize the Bosu ball for lower, mid and upper body workouts. Leg workouts typically begin with squats. Like many Bosu ball exercises, you can perform this with the bubble up or down, depending on how difficult you want to make the exercise. The basic exercise is to stand on the top of the Bosu and perform squats. Balance and strength will be required to get through the workout. Difficulty can be added by using hand weights. For a more advanced set of exercises, flip the Bosu ball over so the flat side can be stood on. Strength and balance are each key to the exercise. Another variation of the squat is to hold the Bosu ball over your head and perform squats while standing on the floor.
The lunge is another leg workout. Take one step back from the Bosu with the dome side up. Perform the lunge by starting with either leg and lunge onto the top of the Bosu. Alternate legs as you do the exercise. You can also hold weights while you perform the exercise.
Mid-section exercises work the abdominal muscles. You can sit on the dome of the Bosu, with your feet on the floor, and do a simple sit up. You can lift your legs and do crunches, pulling your legs in to your chest then expanding them outward. Any number of abdominal exercises can be done on the Bosu such as the bicycle crunch exercise. You will have to tighten your abs during each exercise as you work to kep your balance on the Bosu ball.
Pushups, among other upper body workouts, can be perfomed with the Bosu. With your feet on the floor and your hands on the Bosu, perform the typical pushup. You can also put your feet on the Bosu, place your hands on the floor and do pushups. Flip the Bosu over so the dome is on the floor and grab the outer edges of the flat side to perform more advanced pushups. You can workout your shoulders by simply pushing the Bosu up over head. Celebrity fitness does not get much better than this.
It is obvious that the Bosu is one of the most versatile workout pieces of equipment available. There aren't many weight loss workouts that are better than using the Bosu. Using it will give you strength and help you lose weight.

I just got my stability ball and I would like to know how often should I do these exercises??
everyday or every 3 days???
I'm in pretty good shape, I bought the ball to keep everything tight.
this is my routine, 10 reps and 3 sets of each = total of 30 when complete.
*push ups
*triceps dips
*reverse crunches (lower back)
* "plate" leg extensions
* V sits
should I do these everyday??
every other day??
or every 3 days??

You should do them every other day. Three times per week would be perfect. You need to give the muscle time to rest and repair itself.
Never exercise the same muscles on consecutive days.
