On Car And Off Car Promotional Magnet Tricks
In a time short world we’re continually searching for just the right fast fix of relevant information; just in front of us for when we need it. In this situation a marriage of perfection was made.
Housholders wanted local information ready when they needed it.
Arrive the fridge magnet – a simple, low cost way to graphically display messages and images on the household fridge. Around the mid 1970’s a magnetic material of thin proportions was made allowing printing and placement of that message on the family fridge. This piece of advertising real estate is now home to messages from your local plumber, electrician, fast food pizza shop, takeaways, local politicians etcetera.
This fridge magnets are one of the products of this new generation - in the Modernized World.
The might of a insignificant fridge magnet rests in the reality that an average fridge is visited – read viewed – around 17 times each day. That’s a lot of exposure.
In a similar way is the fridge magnet marketing card. They have a magnetic patch on a small portion of the back of a printed card. For a size, the fridge magnet marketing card is cheaper for its initial outlay and in its distribution costs. Both pluses, if you’re not looking for “big” magnet pulling power.
For many businesses needing to have a larger than average message on the family fridge, they are a fantastic choice.
The ease of message movability led to car magnets ideal for small business needs for flexible advertising solutions. So these car magnets have given great flexibility, to business owners, to utilize their vehicles as moving advertisement.
A new idea is to invite passers-by a parked company car, pick a fridge magnet off the vehicle; combining the promotion of the company’s message and products with their means of contacting the company. It’s a fresh way to promote and profit using magnets.
Full contact, kick boxing and muay thai?
Hi everybody,
I've been trying to find a place in which i could learn muay thai. The only place available in the city i live in is a place in which you learn full contact then kickboxing and then muay thai. The muay thai stage only lasts one month or so , i mean you learn it for only one month. Unfortunately it is the only place available....... do you think that learning muay thai after going to the place i just quoted for one year will make it hard for me to learn muay thai afterwards ? Will not i have picked up bad habits ? In terms of stance , body position when hitting etc.......
Thanks for reading.
If that is all you've have in your city, then go for it. Otherwise, stay with one system to get really good at it will be ideal.
All three of them complement each other and there is no conflict among them. As a matter of fact, I think that is actually a good procedure to learn full contact, kick boxing and Muay Thai if one has no previous martial art experience.
After 10 yrs in Kyokushinkai, I went to a Muay Thai Camp for one (1) month. It almost killed me but I survived because I was trained in Kyokushinkai, a full contact system. Because I learned so much that a year later I went back for another month of training.
As far as bad habits go, you need not to worry as they will be sorted out when you begins to spar ( I speak on personal, often time very painful, experience. I guess that what they called 'trial and error". lol).
One can look at full contact as the foundation, kick boxing as the transitional phrase from traditional martial art to striking sport, and Muay Thai is the all-around striking art. They are similar but different. Yet the complement each other. One could excels in just any one of these three without learning all of them.
Again, we can not say one of them is better then the other or higher then the others. It depend solely on your personal preference.
They are all good. Get some Ben-gay and.......Enjoy!

Compass will again display the AIDS Memorial Quilt on World AIDS Day this
year. /PB Post
Thursday, Dec. 1 is World Aids Day.
Although progress is being made in diagnosing, treating and preventing the
disease, it’s still spreading in the community.
About 250 people were newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in Palm Beach County last
year, said Dr. Alina Alonso, director of the Palm Beach County Health
Department. That’s down 17 percent from the previous year, a hopeful sign of
progress.
As of Oct. 31, 7,866 HIV positive people were living in Palm Beach County,
according to state health records. It is estimated that this number could
actually be 20% greater.
Keep the progress going. Educate yourself. Get tested if you’re unsure of your
status. Remember loved ones who have lost their lives to the disease. There
are a number of notable ways to do so.
