Why can't I hula hoop anymore?
When I was a kid I was a hula hoop pro. Now I'm an adult and decided to start back hula hooping to lose some baby fat. But I can't keep it going like I use to. Why is that? I was so good at it before. Am I using the wrong kind of hula hoop or something?
As you get older your hips starts to widen, you've grown taller and weigh more but not fat. No you are not using the wrong kind of hula hoop, your body has changed as you've grown. Hope this helped.
