I would have to recommend Kajukenbo or Shotakan Karate. I am 6'1", and it is just harder with someone with that kind of mass to get air borne for the flying and jumping techniques of something like Tae Kwon Do.Not that someone large cant do Tae Kwon Do, others are just easier for someone the size of most Americans. Akido is another that is good for a larger slower person.
Speed is a acquired through practice to a point.
The best advice I can give is check out the local classes, if they seem like a joke or the moves are not crisp or they are wobbly go to the next. That is unless it is a Kung Fu class then it should be flowing and graceful. Most classes will give you a free lesson or two too see if you like it. Also most will allow you to watch as many times as you like.

**Bakunyu Sentai Pairanger** to North America as the **Sexy Rangers**. The
_Super Sentai Series_ is a popular genre of kids entertainment featuring young
heroes teaming up to fight an alien force. The heroes engage in martial arts
combat with costumed monsters and together they often pilot a giant robot. The
most popular incarnation of this genre for American audiences was the **Mighty
Morphin Power Rangers**.
In a T&A twist on the formula, five teenage girls are assembled as "Big Boob
Squad: Sexy Rangers" to defend mankind against the Muscle King and Queen
Amorous (Yoko Yamada). The girls (called "Pai Rangers") store up "Pai energy,"
which is generated when guys stare at their breasts. Pai energy fuels their
