3. Prevent Jamming

5. Adding Flavor

I have a state of the art atec running chute and I was wondering if I jumped of my roof it would work as a parachute because that might be the coolest thing ever if it Worked

but seriously, DONT DO IT! those thing are designed for training, NOT jumping off roof tops! it wouldnt even open before you hit the ground (assuming 1-2 story house) unless there was a lot of wind, or you have a really long rooftop, i don't think you'd get any lift. and even then, i'm not sure one of those thing could be able to hold up someone.
